Eva's Wedding & Saved by Culver City Brew Shop 5/13/07

After 6.5 yrs of being together, Eva and Rob got married yesterday. As the priest himself said in the ceremony "Well it's about time!!". He was a neat guy -- sang some songs in Hebrew and said some goofy things. Ken and I were responsible for the beer (we homebrewed a pale ale and a wheat beer for their wedding present), and a slight complication arose Saturday evening when we discovered that the CO2 tank was empty. After a few fruitless hours of attempting to reach welding shops it seemed like we would be buying Bud from the grocery store. Fortunately, the culver city brew shop had just installed CO2 tanks this past week, and we were able to refill our tank about an hour before leaving for the wedding.
